Wind and rain detector
Consisting of a wind wheel and a rain sensor, the wind and rain detector alerts the Skycom CE Master or the Skycom Skymax control unit which then closes the SHE skylight(s). The settings for wind or rain detection can be regulated. The correct priorities are respected thanks to the link with the control units.

General
Avoid rain entering via the skylight
Consisting of a winding rod and a rain sensor, the wind and rain detector alerts the Skycom CE control unit which then closes the SHE skylight(s).
The rain detector must be installed in an inclined position in order for the rainwater to drain away. The sensor is equipped with a relay with ‘potential free contact’.
The operation of the wind and rain sensor is controlled by the Skycom CE unit. This means that if the skylight has closed due to rain, a fire alarm will cause the control unit to override the sensor and open the skylight.
