What is the difference between the Climalux and Climax profiles?
Climalux is our modular, budget-friendly entry-level model, ideal for standard canopies. Climax is our most advanced system, suitable for larger span lengths and usable as a fully insulated roof (warm roof) for a complete living conservatory.
Can I build a large canopy without intermediate posts?
Yes. With systems such as Climalux Horizon or Climax Panorama, you create large free spans (up to 6 metres wide). This eliminates obstructive posts in the middle of your terrace and guarantees an unobstructed panoramic view of your garden.
Are the profile systems suitable for glass and polycarbonate?
Our self-supporting profiles are universally designed. They are perfectly suitable for integrating both heavy insulating glass and lightweight polycarbonate sheets, depending on the model you choose and your insulation requirements.
Can I still add sunblinds or glass sliding walls afterwards?
Yes, our systems are modular by design. You can add accessories at any time, such as wind-resistant sunblinds or the Climaglide glass sliding wall system, to enclose your canopy and transform it into a garden room.
