Canceling your order

Please return the product to be exchanged or refunded to the seller in its entirety, in its original packaging, according to the following terms and conditions.

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours after ordering. You can cancel by completing our return form or by notifying us in writing within 48 hours via info@skylux.be

Please include your order number and, if you have already paid, the IBAN to which the amount can be refunded. The amount will be refunded within the legal period of no later than 14 days after the cancellation has been requested

Cancellation by telephone is not possible.

 

Returning your order

You have the option to return your products within a certain period. Read below how to proceed

1. Register your return within 14 days of ordering

  • You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason
  • To exercise this right, you can contact us via the return form. Please include the IBAN to which the purchase amount can be credited, if applicable. 
  • After the 14-day period, it is not possible to return your purchase without stating a reason

Returning your returned product

  • After submitting a return request, you have 14 days to send back your product
  • Send the product back with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the address below. Make an appointment IN ADVANCE at  info@skylux.be so that we can receive the goods correctly.
  • Do not forget to include your return form when delivering your goods. This will be emailed to you after confirming the completed fields
  • Of course, we can collect the shipment for you. The carrier and administration costs (€ 150,-) will then be charged to you or deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • We recommend that you ensure you have proof of delivery, proof of posting, or a similar document.

Crediting your returned product

  • We will refund the amount due for the order as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after termination of the purchase agreement. 
  • You will receive a full credit for the order amount if you return the product to the manufacturer yourself
  • If you choose to have the product collected by our services, we will refund the order amount minus the return cost of 150 euros

  • If possible, please return the products as a whole, intact and in their original condition, in particular with complete, intact packaging and in a saleable condition. If the consumer handles the product in a manner beyond what is permitted, the consumer is liable for any reduction in the product's value.

  • If products are returned and the total falls below the minimum amount for free delivery, shipping costs will still be charged.
