Skymax CE: a specially designe smoke and heat extraction system for ventilation in interior stairwells
This system improves roof accessibility and performance and offers a fast installation and excellent insulation (Rw up to 40 dB, U-value up to 0.51 W/m²K). It provides efficient ventilation, flexible central unit placement and is designed for optimal air flow. The versatility is enhanced by various curb combinations and finishes, including a plastic or glass skylight.

This control unit controls the smoke and heat extraction skylights in stairwells. Efficient operation for smoke extraction and ventilation.
This control unit functions as a supplement to the Skycom CE Master control unit, making it possible to connect an unlimited number of additional actuators.

If the Skycom CE control unit cannot be installed near the entrance door, it is necessary to install a priority switch. Thanks to the presence of a priority switch in the entrance hall, firemen can easily operate the SHE system.
The control unit can be installed in a technical room for example. The priority switch, not supplied as standard with the Skycom CE Master control unit, has the highest priority in the system and measures 125 mm x 125 mm x 36 mm.
