Wind-resistant ZIP technology
Our vertical screens, including the Axiom and Element range, are certified for high wind loads (Wind resistance class 3 according to EN 13561). The ZIP guidance ensures wrinkle-free fabric tension and eliminates light ingress at the sides. Thanks to the compact casing dimensions (Axiom 100/130) and the option of Solar motors, these systems are suitable for both new-build projects and complex renovation projects without demolition work.

For glass canopies and conservatories, the Arnex range (PS8000 & PS2500) offers a superior solution against overheating. Equipped with pre-tensioned gas spring cassettes for constant tension, even at minimal inclinations. Whether it is top-mounted installation for maximum reflection or bottom-mounted installation for aesthetic integration, Arnex systems ensure an optimal climate under every type of roof structure.

We offer professionals access to the widest range of Copaco and Serge Ferrari fabrics on the market. From screen fabrics with specific openness factors for visual comfort to full blackout fabrics. Wind resistance and Wind Class certification (EN 13561)
Skylux sunblind systems are designed to perform in extreme weather conditions in the Benelux. Our ZIP screens are wind-resistant up to force 6 on the Beaufort scale (class 3). For larger projects, we offer the Axiom 130 XL, specifically developed to maintain fabric tension and structural integrity even at maximum spans (up to 7 metres wide).
Thermal performance and energy efficiency (g-value)
With the right combination of Skylux systems and technical screen fabrics (such as Soltis 92 or Serge 600), the total solar energy transmittance (g-total) can be significantly reduced. This lowers the cooling load of adjacent buildings and directly supports energy performance requirements (EPB/BENG). Our advisors help architects select the right openness factor and emissivity for each project.
Integration of Solar technology and Smart Home (io-homecontrol)
Skylux leads the way in the integration of autonomous control systems. Our Solar screens use high-quality solar cells and powerful battery units (12V/230V), compatible with Somfy io-homecontrol and Faher systems.
