Delivery terms for online purchases

At Skylux, Spinnerijstraat 100, 8530 Stasegem, we offer free delivery for orders over €200, except for orders in France located more than 250 km from our premises.

For orders in France located more than 250 km away, an additional surcharge of €0.4 per kilometre will be charged.

Delivery by crane truck is also available for an additional charge of €450 for orders/delivery addresses located no more than 300 km from our premises, but only for orders weighing more than 50 kg.

This option can be selected during checkout.

Please note that the maximum height for goods delivered by crane is 8 metres, and that the truck must be able to park within 4 metres of the building.

Unfortunately, delivery to back gardens of terraced houses or other hard-to-reach locations is not possible using this method.
