Shipping policy

Good news! We now also deliver our iWindow in the largest formats, which can weigh up to 300 kg, to your home using a crane truck. This is only possible on request and at an additional cost.

Delivery by crane truck is valid for the following dimensions with the following conditions / restrictions;

1400x1400
1500x1500
1000x2000
1000x3000

For the delivery of the above dimensions, 2 Skylux employees are provided. As a customer, you therefore do not need to help.

- Smaller dimensions are delivered with our sprinter / van.
- Minimum delivery to the curb
- If accessible, delivery in the front garden, side garden, on the driveway, ...

Attention! Reach and height, see drawing below - height up to 8 meters, because the dome hangs a considerable distance below the ridge.

If accessible, delivery on the flat roof (reach and height, see drawing below)

Delivery in the back garden of a terraced house will NOT be possible. Larger and heavier cranes are required for that.
