Adapter frame fits on:
e.g. on a non-Skylux polyester curb with a slightly larger daylight size and drip edge
e.g. on a wooden curb and use of lining groove
e.g. on a wider wooden curb and smaller daylight size / roof opening
Easy installation is possible by screwing the adapter frame onto an existing curb with pulled up roofing, and no additional roofing needs to be pulled up any further. Both a fixed and an openable Skylux flat roof window or hybrid skylight can be clipped or mounted onto the frame as standard. The optional stand-alone electric interior screen can also be mounted in the daylight size of the adapter frame.

Features
The Skylux® adapter frame is extremely suitable for both complete and partial refurbishments of existing skylights, where the original curb can be preserved. It offers a flexible and reliable solution to replace or upgrade traditional skylights with modern Skylux flat roof windows or hybrid skylights, without the need to remove or drastically modify the existing curb.

- Direct installation, on top of an existing finished curb (and saves costs for demolition and replacing the curb and roofing)
