In this collection, we proudly present the Skymax CE, a system specifically developed for ventilation openings in interior stairwells. This system is distinguished by two laterally placed actuators, which together create a free opening. This makes the system extremely suitable for smoke extraction and/or roof access.

The Skymax CE can be ordered completely pre-assembled, so the installation is as easy as possible. Furthermore, the Skylux 160° CE consists of one or two actuators that provide daily ventilation or roof access and opens up to a generous 160°.

To guarantee your safety, the Skymax CE is equipped with a temperature sensor in the central Skycom CE Slave. This sensor ensures that the skylight opens automatically at a temperature of 70°. In addition, you can opt for an optional priority fire push button, which may only be operated by the fire brigade, which offers an extra safety measure in the event of fire.
