If you have a product you want to return, you can follow these steps to make the process run smoothly. Fill in the return form on this page. Cancellations by phone are not possible, so please use the form to inform us.

1. Register your return within 14 days: you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. Use our return form to register your return. Don't forget to mention your IBAN number for the refund.
2. Returning your order: you have 14 days after cancellation to return the product. Make sure you return the product with all accessories, preferably in the original condition and packaging.
3. Appointment for return: a Skylux employee will contact you after filling in the return form to make further arrangements. We want to make sure everything goes smoothly.
4. Skylux transport costs: if you want us to collect the product, please note that the transport costs (€ 150) will be charged to you.
5. Return address if you wish to return the product yourself: send the product back to: Skylux NV, Venetiëlaan - Gate 17, 8530 Stasegem
6. Credit: we will refund the order amount due within 14 days after termination of the purchase agreement. If you return the product yourself, you will receive the full amount back. If we collect the product, € 150 will be deducted from the amount.
7. Good condition: make sure that the product, including all accessories, is returned intact and in the original, undamaged packaging. If the product has been used by you beyond what is permitted, you are liable for the reduction in value.
8. Transport costs: if your return results in an amount below the free delivery limit, the shipping costs will still be charged.

Please note: products with the classifications C05, C05P, C10, C10P, C15, C20, C25, C30, C40, C50, D and E (as stated on the product page) are considered custom-made and personalised products and will not be accepted for return. Only products with classification A and B can be returned. Make sure you are well informed before ordering and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubts.
