Multi-walled flat polycarbonate sheets

Plenty of daylight

Impact-resistant, safe, lightweight, insulating and aesthetic: probably the most important characteristics for a good glazing. Thanks to its raw material and its special cell structure, the Polyclear® polycarbonate sheets reunite all these characteristics, which makes it perfect for roof – or facade glazing. In a terrace roof or pergola, Polyclear® polycarbonate sheets are an excellent glazing for a full greenhouse or veranda.

Most of our 16 and 32 mm sheets are available in heat-resistant versions under the name “Primalite” or “Reflex Pearl”. The cell structure and mechanical properties ensure that Polyclear sheets are extremely impact resistant – 250 times stronger than glass of the same thickness, and therefore resisting most impacts from hailstorms, falling branches, balls, etc. The impact resistance remains virtually unchanged over time, regardless of freezing weather or tropical temperatures.

Multi-walled flat acrylic sheets

Transparent and long-lasting

These multi-walled sheets are made of acrylic, also known by the brand name PLEXIGLAS®. Acrylic sheets have excellent optical qualities and high light transmission that last even after 10 years. Acrylic is naturally UV resistant. This means that it will not become weather-stained or suffer from reduced light transmission, even after many years.
The sheets’ material and structure guarantee impressive robustness and rigidity.

Pergotop and Pergotop Soft. What's the difference?

Cost effective construction

These sandwich panels are made of extruded expanded polystyrene, glued between two pre-lacquered aluminium sheets. This enables us to achieve extremely high insulation values. By offering different thicknesses, they can be used for both new structures and renovation. The anti-scratch coating allows for an installation without any damages. Pergotop “Acoustic” has an extra sound damping layer. The Pergotop Soft sheets have a sound damping Soft layer on the outside.

The large sheet width of up to 1230 mm in 32 mm and 57 mm sheets reduces costs by requiring less supports in the supporting structure. Pergotop-Soft sandwich panels are installed in the same way as Polyclear and PLEXIGLAS® sheets.

Solid acrylic flat sheets

Excellent alternative to glass

Solid acrylic sheets are an excellent alternative to glass. The sheets are lighter and 10 times more impact-resistant than glass of the same thickness. Acrylic sheets are UV- and weather-resistant and can be used both inside and outside. These plastic sheets are available in a transparent or opal finish. Opal is a translucent white and allows a little less light through. Neither version yellows over the years, not even because of bright sunlight.

The standard sheets measure 2050 x 3050 mm and are available in thicknesses from 2 to 10mm. We also offer other sizes in a limited number of sheet thicknesses. Available in stock. Upon request, the sheets can be cut to size (1 cut for free).

Solid polycarbonate flat sheets

Lightweight and solid alternative to glass

Solid polycarbonate sheets are a lightweight and excellent alternative to glass. The clear sheets are exceptionally impact-resistant, up to 250 times stronger than glass of the same thickness, and offer good light transmission and transparency.
Polycarbonate sheets are UV- and weather-resistant, making them especially suitable for all sorts of outdoor applications, including security glazed walls or barrel vault glazing. Thanks to their self-extinguishing properties, they are also safe in the event of a fire. The range includes standard sheets in thicknesses from 2 to 8 mm, as well as other sizes of 3 mm thick.

Solid polystyrene flat sheets

Only for indoor applications

Solid polystyrene sheets look very similar to acrylic sheets. Just as with acrylic, polystyrene is lighter and 10 times more impact-resistant than glass of the same thickness. Unlike acrylic, though, polystyrene is not UV-resistant. We therefore advise using these plastic sheets only for indoor applications such as shower walls, interior glazing, furniture glazing, interior decoration, etc.

Polystyrene is easy to work with and a very affordable form of plastic sheeting. These sheets are available in a transparent or opal finish. Opal is a translucent white and allows a little less light through. This product is available in a range of standard sizes.

Flat and corrugated polyester

Impact-resistance

Polyester is a lightweight, translucent plastic reinforced with glass fibres. The glass fibre reinforcement makes polyester impact-resistant and able to withstand normal hailstorms. Polyester is also heat-resistant – it can withstand temperatures of up to 300°C for five minutes (conform to ANPI).

The ‘Supercristal Clear’ quality, with a light transmission of more than 90%, is the clearest on the market. Polyester is available in rolls (corrugated and flat) and in sheets (corrugated only). We offer the corrugated version in a wide range of standard profiles.

This synthetic material is not affected by contact with petrol, alcohol, oil, grease, acids, etc. It is therefore extremely suitable for use in industrial environments. This material is also ideal as a suspension ceiling for sprinkler systems. It also makes excellent roofing material for body shops, stables, bicycle racks, covered playground areas and carports, as well as for other constructions.

CHOOSE YOUR APPLICATION

Flat and corrugated PVC

Affordable solution

PVC sheeting offers a solution for anyone who is looking for an affordable, translucent roofing finish. PVC is strong and UV-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor applications. PVC sheets are used for playground roofs, covered shelters for garden equipment or log piles, carports, bicycle racks, warehouses, sports halls, shed roofs, etc.

Next to the standard quality, we also offer HR (High Resistance) quality with higher impact resistance against hail. We offer corrugated PVC in a wide range of standard sheets and with standard profiles. Flat PVC is available in rolls.
All thicknesses are guaranteed. Other thicknesses are available on request by larger quantities (from 1000 m²).
